1. To attend a class you must have an assessment with one of the Therapists prior to attending a class
Why?
One of our key differentiating factors is that a qualified therapist will have assessed you and worked with you to decide on the best plan for You
This will give a clear line of sight and will help to account for any previous injuries or concerns prior to attending a class?
2. Have a Programme
Why?
The benefits of a structure and individualised program given to you by a qualified therapist are
- They have accounted for previous injuries
- Any concerns or fears are taken into account
- Any specific modifications are considered i.e. you have had back surgery 3 months ago. We know exactly what you should and shouldn't do at this point in time
- The correct program for You will allow you to build momentum quickly
3. Be working Towards a Clearly defined goal
Why?
We all need a target and having a Dream Outcome that is bigger than having less pain can keep us motivated. That could be running 5k in a certain time. It could be playing with the grandkids when they come over. We look to find your Why to keep you motivated if enthusiasm wains.
4. Be Consistent and Commit
Why?
The best results are achieved to those who commit to a block of time. That could be 6 sessions/10 sessions. This can be discussed with the therapist
Having the consistency means its protected in your diary
